PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the comfortability of an occupant on a rear seat by paying attention to and utilizing the generation of conditioned air with different temperatures at a driver seat side and at a front passenger seat side in a right and left independent temperature control type air conditioner. SOLUTION: A driver seat side air mix space R3Dr and a front passenger seat side air mix space R3Ps are formed at a casing 12. A driver seat side air mix damper 13Dr and a front passenger seat side air mix damper 13Ps are arranged in a casing 12. A casing 12 includes a driver seat side passage R7Dr communicating with a driver seat side air mix space R3Dr, a front passenger seat side passage R7Ps communicating with a front passenger seat side air mix space R3Ps, a duct 69 for the rear seat extending toward the rear seat in a cabin, and a rear seat side damper 71.
