Method for preparation of coprofiltrate for determination of interleukins of coprofiltrate in children of early age with acute enteric infections caused by conditionally-pathogenic microflora includes addition to faeces of buffer (pH=7,2) at ratio 1:1, purification of suspension obtained with centrifugation, filtration of over-deposit liquid through Millipore filter with pore diameter 0,45 μm and with its use for determination of level of interleukins, or freezing to for future use. To faeces tested one adds sterile buffered with phosphates physiological solution and suspension obtained is centrifuged with cooling to constant temperature in centrifuge + with duration 40 minutes and with filtration through Millipore filter with cooling to +. |
