摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring furnace interior temperature, accurately detecting an interior temperature of a rotating furnace, a measuring device for the furnace interior temperature, a heat treatment device controlling the furnace interior temperature in real time, based on the detected temperature, and a calcining synthesis method of ceramic raw material powder stabilizing a calcining synthesis degree. <P>SOLUTION: The heat treatment device is equipped with: a rotating furnace core pipe 1; a burner 2 for heating inside of the furnace core pipe 1; measuring sensors 31, 32 for measuring the diameter of the furnace core pipe 1; a furnace interior temperature calculation part 41 for calculating interior temperature of the furnace core pipe 1 from a relationship between a predetermined thermal expansion coefficient of the diameter of the furnace core pipe 1 and the interior temperature of the furnace core pipe 1, based on the diameter of the furnace core pipe 1 before and after heating measured by the measuring sensors 31, 32; and a burner control part 42 for controlling the burner 2 based on the interior temperature of the furnace core pipe 1 calculated by the furnace interior temperature calculation part 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
