PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fluctuation in output current of a voltage-current converter caused by fluctuation in source voltage. SOLUTION: A voltage-current converter VTCC includes a differential amplifier A1, a feedback transistor Q1, an output transistor Q5, a diode-connected level shift transistor Q6, and resistors R1, R2. An input terminal + of the amplifier A1 is supplied with input voltage V<SB>REF</SB>, output of the amplifier A1 is connected to input of an element Q1, either a common electrode or an output electrode of the element Q1 is connected to one end of an element Q6, and the other end of the element Q6 is connected to feedback input terminals - of the resistor R1 and the amplifier A1. Serial connection between the input electrode and the common electrode of the resistor R2 and the element Q5 is supplied with voltage drop of the serial connection between the element Q6 and the resistor R1, and converted output current I3 is generated by the output electrode of the output transistor Q5.
