PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus that is changeable of design, without having to perform data communication. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 includes: a camera unit 13; a signal processing unit 57 for image-processing first image information captured by the camera unit 13 to produce second image information; and a storage unit 56 for storing the second image information.
