A technique for activation of the radio beacons for locating the miners under the crump relates to the mine safety and may be used for locating the miners under the crump. The inventive novelty consists in providing the radio beacons for all the staff of the mine. The rescue group is equipped with the appliance for activation of radio beacons and the search devices. The appliance for activation of radio beacons is the source of the alternate low-frequency magnetic field with specified frequency and the circular polarization of the specified output. This magnetic field is detected by the coil with ferromagnetic core of the radio beacons of the miners. When the specified threshold level of the received and amplified signal is exceeded, the low-frequency magnetic field with another frequency is actuated, and the radio beacons are searched for. The coil of the radio beacon detects the linear component of the circular polarization field with the same efficacy independent of the orientation of its longitudinal axis within the polarization plane. This increases the probability of activating the radio beacon in any its spatial position. |
