PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase the efficiency of the solar cell by increasing the path of light radiated to a transparent conductive layer using the difference of the scattering rate and the refractive index. CONSTITUTION: A first transparent conductive layer(103) with a plurality of first concavo-convexes(103a) is formed on a substrate(101). A second transparent conductive layer(105) with a plurality of concavo-convexes(105a) is formed on the first transparent conductive layer. A first silicon layer(107) is formed on the second transparent conductive layer. A second silicon layer(109) is formed on the first silicon layer. A metal electrode layer(111) is formed on the second silicon layer.
