<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a digital zoom of a 3D image while keeping a proper stereoscopic effect. <P>SOLUTION: An image reproducing apparatus includes: an image input means to input right and left images having disparity; a display means to stereoscopically display the right and left images; a disparity adjustment amount input means to input a disparity adjustment amount for adjusting the disparity of the right and left images; a shift amount calculation means to calculate a horizontal shift amount of the right and left images based on the disparity adjustment amount; a display range calculation means to calculate a horizontal display range of the right and left images based on the shift amount; an image clipping means to trim the horizontal direction of the right and left images to be displayed based on the calculation results of the display range calculation means; a digital zoom information input means to input digital zoom information of the right and left images stereoscopically displayed on the display means; a digital zoom means to clip and expand predetermined image areas from the respective right and left images based on the digital zoom information; and a disparity adjustment amount correction means to correct the disparity adjustment amount based on the digital zoom information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
