<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a power output apparatus having an internal combustion engine and a motor as a drive source and being capable of starting smoothly in the power output apparatus capable of driving a refrigerant compressor by the internal combustion engine and the motor. <P>SOLUTION: The control device of the power output apparatus includes: a vehicle speed detecting means 58 for detecting vehicle speed; a shift position detecting means 57 for detecting a shift position; an SOC detecting means 4 for detecting accumulation capacity of a battery 3; and an EV start determining means 55 for determining whether a vehicle can start with a motor 7 from the accumulation capacity. When the shift position is in a travel position, the vehicle starts from a state where the refrigerant compressor 8 is operated by the motor 7 while the vehicle stops and while the engine 6 stops, and the EV start determining means 55 determines that the EV start is impossible, the second stage start is performed with power of an engine 6 by connecting a second clutch 42 after the engine 6 is started via a first main shaft 11 with the power of the motor 7 by connecting a first clutch 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
