PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for dispensing with reverification of a verified component in a case such that a component such as an application which has been executed in a plurality of microcomputers is executed in one microcomputer, or a design change occurs in a program architecture. SOLUTION: In an integrated ECU, a correspondence list in which an internal parameter to be used in a specific program such as VM or a virtual device of parameters input and output in the specific program is preliminarily associated with an external parameter to be used to use the internal parameter in the other program is referred to perform mutual rewrite of the internal parameter and the external parameter (S310 and S320). Accordingly, even if the destination of the internal parameter is changed after formation of the specific program, the external parameter can be changed to another external parameter showing an appropriate transmitting destination in reference to the correspondence list without rewrite of the specific program.
