<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid specifically accumulating in an organ. <P>SOLUTION: After a nucleic acid candidate is administered to an animal, a nucleic acid candidate specifically accumulated in an organ is collected from the organ of the animal as an objective nucleic acid. Using this nucleic acid with a tag nucleic acid for delivery, administration of a complex between the tag nucleic acid and a delivery object allows the delivery object to be specifically delivered to an organ similar to the organ in which the nucleic acid has been collected.
