<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary monitoring radar device having mode S, for improving sureness of determination of ghost response. <P>SOLUTION: A duplicate monitoring domain by a plurality of radar ground stations is set as an SLO setting domain. In a control device 16, first of all, target information obtained by scanning a monitoring domain covered by a radar ground station by all call is stored in a memory 17 together with an address, and SLO scanning and non-SLO scanning are executed relative to the SLO setting domain, and it is determined whether the address of a target to which a response signal is returned by SLO scanning and non-SLO scanning agrees with the address of a target registered in the memory 17 and transferred to roll call.
