PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform smoothly position (movement) adjustment of a waveform marker by enabling switching between rough adjustment and fine adjustment in a series of marker operations, continuously with a single means. SOLUTION: A specified information storage part 24 has a constitution wherein specified information for specifying a movement variation of a waveform marker corresponding to control input by marker operation in a plurality of stages in the order of largeness is stored corresponding to a relative distance in the vertical axis direction, in a waveform display domain for displaying a measured waveform of a display part 11, and, when a pointer 150 is moved in the vertical axis direction by marker operation by an operator, a moving amount of the waveform marker is determined and moved, based on a variation corresponding to the relative distance detected by a relative distance detection part 23, and on the moving amount detected by the relative distance detection part 23 when the pointer is moved in the horizontal axis direction next time.
