PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical garbage bag holder being sanitary because a garbage of a kitchen and a bathroom is directly put into a bag in which cleaning is not required and the garbage bag is useful if it has larger width than opening width of the holder. SOLUTION: In the garbage bag holder, both ends of one linear rod are made to downwardly bent legs 2, suckers 3 are installed on the portions of the legs 2 of a body 1 in which a space is provided between the two legs 2 and a remained central part is formed to an elliptical shape, and balls 4 are installed at the distal ends.
