PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent acoustic reproduction performance even when a speaker is arranged in acoustically disadvantageous position relation, based on a request in terms of design. SOLUTION: A duct 40 includes a facing wall 41 facing the diaphragm 21 of the speaker 20. The facing wall 41 is arranged via a space Q with respect to the diaphragm 21. When the speaker 20 is viewed from a front side, the facing wall 41 covers a partial area of a vibration surface 21 in the speaker 20. The surface of the facing wall 41 on the side of the diaphragm in the duct 40 has a shape which meets the diaphragm 21. The duct 40 includes a wall 42, which is arranged along the circumference of the diaphragm 21, in an area where the diaphragm 21 is opened on the front surface side.
