PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a drug which repairs myocardial tissues by allowing an effective amount of G-CSF or EPO to act on the ischemic myocardial part in order to bring about the myocardial tissue repairing and regenerating capability possessed by G-CSF and EPO without side effects to a maximum. SOLUTION: The intravenously administering pharmaceutical composition for treating myocardial infarction includes a liposome having an average particle diameter of≥70 and≤150 nm whose surface has a sialyl Lewis X tetrasaccharide chain (Neu5Ac. alpha. 2-3 Gal. beta. 1-4 (Fuc. alpha. 1-3) GlcNAc) and erythropoietin and/or granulocyte colony-stimulating factor which is included in the liposome and is intravenously administered.
