PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably unfreeze a sub-evaporator for heat absorption series-connected to a sub-capacitor for air heating, when freezing the sub-evaporator. SOLUTION: A refrigerating cycle 32 is constituted of at least a compressor 33, a sub-capacitor 16 for air heating, a sub-evaporator 45 for absorption of heat, and an accumulator 39 for temporal accumulation. Then, bypass piping 53 is provided in parallel to the sub-evaporator 45 and an open and close type solenoid valve 54 is provided on the bypass piping 53. Further, a solenoid valve 41 for regulating a flow volume is provided upstream of the sub-capacitor 16 of the refrigerating cycle 32. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
