PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure which suppresses the enlargement of a containing portion of an instrument panel containing a meter and a meter cluster. SOLUTION: The mounting structure for mounting the meter 20 on the instrument panel 10 of a vehicle and for mounting the meter cluster 30 on the meter 20 includes: a first mounting member 40 for mounting the meter 20 on the instrument panel 10; a second mounting member 50 for mounting the meter cluster 30 on the meter 20; and members 21, 23, 24 vertically installed on the meter 20.
