A wall tile of thin film amorphous silicon solar cell used for building comprises: at least a core plate(10) of the thin film solar cell assembly, on which at least a junction box(6) is secured; at least a wall tile(7) for building, which is secured on the core plate(10) of the thin film solar cell assembly; and at least a electrode wire terminal(5) connected with the junction box(6). The wall tile of solar cell can be used as a building material of new energy.
