<p>The positioning aid (10) has a rigid rack (11) formed in regular polygon shape, and has a total length suitable for holding the shaft (2) of a temperature sensor (1). The shaft is press-fitted to a fixing section (12) formed in the rack, such that the longitudinal axis of the shaft coincides with the longitudinal axis (A) of the positioning aid. Several measuring points (3a,3b,3c) are provided along the shaft of the temperature sensor. A handle (4) is provided at one end of the shaft. The rigid rack is made of heavy heat conducting or magnetic material. Independent claims are included for the following: (A) Holder for the positioning aid; and (B) Cooking vessel in which the positioning aid is used.</p> |
