The present invention relates to devices that provide contact of gas, liquid and solid phase. A device comprises a body sectioned on the height by mass transfer plates with valve contact devices and connected to a tubular heat exchanger, in the upper part of which there are located a separator, pipes for gas and liquid products, pipes for gaseous and liquid products and a pipe for removal of unreacted products. The mass transfer plates are located at a distance equal to the diameter of a plate; in the case each section between the mass transfer plates is equipped with connections for introducing superheated steam. The device provides maximum efficiency of mass transfer and reuse of thermal energy of the heat carrier. |
