PURPOSE:To completely close a high-pressure slide gate without stagnation of soil in flowing water on the bottom of a gate holding part by removing the groove between a passage tube and the gate holding part by using the gate-catch bottom face of a bent shape along the inner surface shape of the passage tube. CONSTITUTION:A gate-operating space 3 extending from a passage tube 1 to the upside by crossing the tube 1 is formed in a bonnet 2 having the cylindrical passage tube 1 on its lower part. A gate 5 is set through a drive spindle 4 in the space 3 in a vertically movable manner. The gate holding bottom-face 9 to be touched by the bottom of the gate 5 is shaped into a bent form tangently along the inner surface shape of the tube 1, and the bottom of the gate 5 is shaped into one matching the face 9. The high-pressure slide gate can thus be attached to the inside of a round pipe without the needs for using deformed tube, the stagnation of soil can also be prevented, and exact and high closing accuracy can be obtained.
