PURPOSE: A food producing method suing tofu and chicken is provided to easily cook tofu and chicken by producing the food having the taste and nutrients of the tofu and the chicken. CONSTITUTION: A food producing method suing tofu and chicken comprises the following steps: dressing the chicken; cutting the obtained chicken meat; processing chicken bones; curing the dressed chicken with seasoning fluid; inserting seasonings to the chicken; mixing the chicken with the tofu; molding the mixture into the size of a tofu block; steaming the block; and packing and storing. |
