PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presentation device of a marking object like a flag or advertisement which can attract people's attention and entertain them. SOLUTION: The presentation device has: a main post pipe 2 rising up from the ground; a joint arm pipe 5 extending in the side direction from the upper portion of the pipe; and a pipe 6 for coming in and out connected to the joint arm pipe. The presentation device includes: a linear material which can advance/retreat through a pipe; and a drive means for advancing/retreating the linear material. The presentation device can provide a state in which the marking object, such as the flag 15 or advertisement is fixed and marked on the linear material and a state in which it is stored in the pipe for coming in and out.
