<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rim replacing device of a post-curing inflator capable of achieving the automation of exchange work, capable of reducing the downtime of a vulcanizer to enhance productivity and capable of also achieving cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: In the post-curing inflator for sealing compressed air in the vulcanized tire held by a first support 13 and a second support 16 to perform expansion cooling, a clamp/unclamp mechanism 26, which has the annular grooves 41 provided to the inner peripheral parts of both of the outside rim 11 mounted on the first flange 12 of the first support and the inside rim 14 mounted on the second flange 15 of the second support and a plurality of the locking members 42 provided to the first and second flanges in a state freely protruded and retracted in a horizontal direction and locked with the annular grooves 41 in a protruded state to prevent the separation of the outside and inside rims from the first and second flanges, is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
