<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device, electronic equipment, a manufacturing method of electronic equipment, or the like, for achieving efficient manufacturing, or the like, of electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes a host I/F 20, an information register 52 and a control section 30. The information register 52 stores wave selection information for selecting waveform information specifying the waveform of a drive signal of an electro-optical device 200. When the electronic apparatus, including the electro-optical device 200 is manufactured, the waveform information selected out of several pieces of waveform information by the wave selection information stored in the information register 52 is loaded on an information memory 110.
