MULTILAYER MOLDING METHOD OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer molding method of thermoplastic resins capable of molding a multilayered molded article containing a foamed layer without employing a complex structure. SOLUTION: The multilayer molding method, using a multilayer molding device capable of successively filling and injecting the thermoplastic resins in a lamination state into a cavity of a mold through respective runner gates formed on the mold, includes: a mold clamping process of closing the mold to the position of a first mold cavity volume; a first injection process of injecting the first layer resin into the mold cavity; a first cooling and holding process of holding for a predetermined time period after completion of the injection of the first layer resin; a first mold opening process of opening the mold to a position of a second mold cavity volume; a second injection process of injecting the second layer resin into a clearance between the first layer resin and the mold cavity; a second cooling and holding process of holding for a predetermined time period after completion of the injection of the second layer resin; and a taking out process of opening the mold and taking out the molded article.
