PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an output voltage following alteration of an envelope element of an RF signal in a power supply that is used for a power amplifier to amplify the RF signal. SOLUTION: A power supply controller 40 for controlling a switching power supply 30 includes an amplitude element computing part 43, a switching frequency controller 44, and a duty ratio correcting part 45. The amplitude element computing part 43 computes an amplitude element of a baseband signal (I signal, Q signal). The switching frequency controller 44 sets ON time and OFF time of an switching element 31 to further increase the switching frequency as the computed amplitude element becomes higher. The duty ratio correcting part 45 corrects the ON time and OFF time set by the switching frequency controller 44 in accordance with a rate of change of the amplitude element of the baseband signal.
