PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the radiation characteristic of an antenna in a portable terminal device provided with a first housing and a second housing connected by a connection part mutually rotatably or slidably, wherein the antenna is arranged at a position away from the connection part of the first housing or the second housing. SOLUTION: A hinge part 31 mechanically connects and electrically conducts the first housing 11 and the second housing 21. The hinge part 31 conducts a ground electrode of a first circuit board 12. A ground connection conductor 33 is provided between the hinge part 31 and a ground electrode of a second circuit board 22. The ground connection conductor 33 electrically connects ground electrodes of the first circuit board 12 and the second circuit board 22 to each other, apart from a flexible cable 32 being a signal cable. According to this structure, housing radiation by the first housing 11 and the second housing 21 can effectively be used, and the radiation characteristic of the antenna 24 installed on a bottom part is improved.
