PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the temperature of steam which is jetted out from an apparatus to be mounted on the head by a simple method. SOLUTION: This steam feeding apparatus 1 for hair allows steam to be jetted out from the apparatus 3 to be mounted on the head by leading the steam generated by heating water to the apparatus 3 to be mounted on the head. The steam feeding apparatus 1 for hair includes a water tank section 5 which stores water, a steam generating section 4 which generates steam by heating the water which is fed from the water tank section 5, a mixing chamber section 6 which is interposed between the steam generating section 4 and the apparatus 3 to be mounted on the head, and is used to mix air into the steam which is fed from the steam generating section 4, an air blowing means 7 which feeds air to the mixing chamber section 6, a thermistor 67 for detecting the temperature in the mixing chamber section 6, and a control apparatus 8 which controls the feeding amount or the temperature of the air which is fed by the air blowing means 7 on the basis of the temperature detected by the thermistor 67, and holds the temperature in the mixing chamber section 6 at a specified set temperature.
