PURPOSE:To easily execute the control method desired by a customer by converting a sensibility target input into a control target value using a variable function and replacing same to a control method by means of a previously set rule, etc., considering the weighting between each items of the control target. CONSTITUTION:A sensibility target is inputted and set from the input terminal 2-1 of a sensibility target setting means 2 based on the conditions 2-2 of a building specification, an elevator specification, and using information, using Japanese and a laser chart, etc., which enable easy setting even by a nonexpert. This set sensibility target is converted into a control target value by the target converting means 3 of a group controlling control device body 1 using a variable function obtained by a questionnaire, etc., and for those which are mutually related for each item, a control method is obtained based on a previously set rule, etc., considering weighting, to execute a group controlling control by a control executing means 4. Thereby, a desired control method can be executed without need for troubling an expert. |
