This invention provides a transfer decorative sheet comprising a base material film and at least a peel layer provided on one side of the base material film. The transfer decorative sheet is characterized in that the base material film on its peel layer side face has been subjected to release treatment and the base material film on its other face, which comes into contact with a mold, has an average surface roughness (Ra) of not less than 0.08μm. The transfer decorative sheet does not cause wrinkles in an injection molded product.
