PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a good carrier balance with a single-layer element with an organic compound layer arranged between a pair of electrodes mounted on a substrate, and provide a novel light-emitting element having low-voltage drive, high intensity, high light-emitting efficiency, and further, high-temperature preservation durability. SOLUTION: With the light-emitting element with an organic compound layer formed between a pair of electrodes mounted on a substrate, the degree of electron transfer of the organic compound layer has the value of 3×10-5 cm2.V-1.s-1 or more within the range of field intensity of 400 to 1,000 ((V/cm)1/2) and the organic compound layer contains a light-emitting compound. |
