The burner has a front cover element (3) arranged on a free end, and a distribution chamber (4) arranged below a burner upper surface (2). A central atomization device (5) is arranged on a longitudinal axis of a cylindrical fuel element (1). A combustion air duct (6) is connected with a blower that is arranged at an upstream. An air heat exchanger (7) is fixed below the burner surface for preheating partial flow of combustion air. A cone-shaped impact body (8) is arranged on longitudinal axis of the fuel element in a direct region of liquid jet at specific distance from the atomization device.
