PURPOSE: A safety device for a platform is provided to prevent children, elders, and handicapped persons from falling down to a railroad. CONSTITUTION: A safety device(10) for a platform comprises a main body(100), sensors(200), and a compressed air supplier(300). Multiple main bodies are installed on a safety line of a platform to be separated from each other. One or more injection holes(101) are formed in one side of each main body. The sensors sense a passenger who is positioned between the main bodies. The compressed air supplier is connected to the sensors and has a compressor(301) and an air supply line(302). The air supply line connects the compressor to the injection holes.
