REFERENCE VOLTAGE GENERATOR

PURPOSE: A reference voltage generator is provided to generate a stable reference voltage by compensating external voltage variation and temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of transistors connected in parallel with each other are arranged between an external voltage terminal and a ground voltage terminal. A reference voltage(VREF) is outputted from both sides of one drain-source among the plural transistors. The gate voltage level of the plural transistors is changed differently according to the level variation of the external voltage. A first transistor(M1) is connected between the external voltage terminal and the ground terminal. A second transistor(M2) is parallel with the first transistor.
