PURPOSE: A conductive substrate manufacturing method including the nano cavity, a display panel and a solar cell including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the optical crystal effect by preventing the reduction of the electrical conductivity by forming the nano common layer on the conductive substrate. CONSTITUTION: The resin for imprint is spread on the imprint mold. The water soluble polymer substance is formed on the resin for imprint. A nano cavity layer(130) including the nano cavities is formed by hardening the resin for imprint. The nano cavity layer is separated from the imprint mold. A bonding layer(120) is formed on a conductive substrate(110).
