There is provided an environment where a specified image cannot be obtained, by providing the scanner or the input device with a function of judging the specified image. A scan command is given to a scanner (scanner operating command in Fig. 1), then the image corresponding to the image signal obtained from the scanner in response to the command is judged whether it represents a specified image (forgery judging module in Fig. 1), and the result of such judgment is outputted for use in processing the image signal (result of forgery judgment in Fig. 1). |
