PURPOSE: An ultra violet-oxidation advanced treatment method capable of removing residual hydrogen peroxide using chlorine is provided to effectively and economically remove residual hydrogen peroxide from processing water. CONSTITUTION: An ultra violet-oxidation advanced treatment method for removing residual hydrogen peroxide using chlorine comprises the following steps: inserting hydrogen peroxide into inflowing water passing through a UV Reactor; inserting the chlorine into the processing water passing through the UV Reactor to react the chlorine with the hydrogen peroxide; and mounting a chlorine density measurement sensor(1) on a pipe for automatically inserting the chlorine by the density of the chlorine inside the processing water.
