CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device of a portable terminal opens and closes a second housing in relation to a first housing in a horizontal direction in a state that the first and second housings are overlapped with each other. An asteroid operating device(5) is installed between the first and second housings. A click stop device stops the clicking operation for the first and second housings at a certain angle.
