PURPOSE: A temperature-controllable baby carriage by nonutility generation is provided to remove the need for a separate charging time since a charging operation is naturally performed during driving. CONSTITUTION: A temperature-controllable baby carriage(C) by nonutility generation comprises a body(100), a heat mat(200) and a nonutility generation unit(300). The main body comprises a settling unit(110), a frame(120) and a moving unit(130). The frame forms a plurality of axes and supports the settling unit. The heat mat is installed on the upper part of the settling unit, converts the current from the nonutility generation unit to heat and emits externally. The nonutility generation unit applies power, which has been generated by the wheel rotation of the moving unit, to the heat mat.
