PURPOSE: To provide a method to obtain a fiber in a large production amount by using a simple apparatus by feeding a thermoplastic material to a wide slit spinning nozzle having a nozzle unit of sawtooth serrations, extruding it, forming it in the shape of a film, and breaking up the film with an air stream into a synthesized fiber. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic material is fed into a spinning fiber nozzle unit 3 through a divider 1 and is formed into a film made of the thermoplastic material by feeding on the plastic side of the nozzle unit 3 to a wide slit spinning nozzle 9 having a nozzle unit 10 of a forming section 11 with sawtooth serrations and by extruding. After the film formation, the film is broken up by air stream B into synthesized fibers and/or synthesized filaments, and collected by a collector 4 to manufacture a spinning fleece 2 from the thermoplastic material and wound by a winder 5 as an objective spinning fleece. |
