PURPOSE: A parking management and a moving guide system for a specified parking space are provided to increase the availability of designated parking area through various display functions. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(20) senses the entrance of vehicles. A vision recognition part(30) recognizes a license plate. A data determining unit whether the image of license plate is available or not A wire/wireless data transmitting/receiving unit(50) transmits and receives data between the vision recognition part and the data determining unit in wire/wireless. A vehicle guide display unit(70) display a warn mark on an illegal parked vehicle. A data management(60) manages the transmitted or received data. A power supply unit(80) comprises a main power supply part and an auxiliary power supply part.
