An armband has a plurality of first light emitting devices and a first light receiving part. The first light emitting device irradiates an infrared ray to an artery. The first light receiving part receives the infrared ray that is irradiated from the first light emitting device. A controller determines whether the signal that is detected by the armband is in a normal state.
