PURPOSE: A joint structure for fixing a sun roof and a heat lining is provided to improve the convenience and the productivity by expanding the area of a central opening part. CONSTITUTION: A joint structure for fixing a sunroof and a heat lining includes the head lining(100), a bracket(200), a clip(300), and a sunroof(400). The head lining includes an opening. The end part of the opening is upwardly protruded. A surface material(20) is attached to the head lining. The bracket is attached to the external side of the opening on the upper side of the head lining.
