发明名称 PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICAL STEEL PLATE HAVING SUPERIOR MACHINABILITY AND EXCELLENT IN MAGNETIC PROPERTY
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce an electrical steel plate having superior machinability and excellent in magnetic characteristics in a low magnetic field by working an extremely low fluorine steel containing Si and Al into a plate in specific conditions and then performing annealing at specific temp. CONSTITUTION:A slab of a steel for the electrical steel plate having a composition which contains, by weight, <0.008% C, 0.02-0.20% P, 0.2-3.0% Si, 0.2-3.0% Al, <0.5% Mn, <0.010% S, <0.008% N, and <0.006% O and in which the total content of Si and Al is regulated to >=1.5% is subjected to high rolling shape ratio hot rolling including more than one rolling pass where rolling shape ratio A represented by equation A is regulated to >=0.6 at >=900 deg.C, and rolling of 35-70% cumulative reduction of area is successively done at 700-900 deg.C to refine crystalline grains. By subjecting the resulting plate to annealing at 950-1150 deg.C or to normalizing at 1000-1200 deg.C, the electrical steel plate excellent in magnetic properties in a low magnetic field, having magnetic characteristies uniform in a plate thickness direction, and also having superior machinability can be produced.
