PURPOSE: A digital broadcasting transceiving device and a transceiving method thereof are provided to rapidly search only ATSC broadcasting. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(610) selects an aggregation channel. The aggregation channel provides access information about at least one broadcasting channels. To select broadcasting channel through access information of the aggregation channel, a control unit(620) controls the receiving unit. According to one among the preset events, the receiving unit selects the aggregation channel. According to the area, the aggregation channel exists in a different band or exists in an agreed specific frequency band in a transmitting side and a receiving side.
