The package of the present invention has a sleeve having foldable tabs at the top and bottom, and a top and bottom opening, and a slidable insert having indents at the top and bottom, the slidable insert being slidably inserted into the sleeve through the top or bottom opening, where the tabs align with the indents to provide a locking mechanism, and where the height of the sleeve is substantially the same as the height of the slidable insert.
