摘要 PURPOSE: A three-axis displacement measuring apparatus for the center point of a sphere is provided to obtain a high measurement frequency band by reduction in measurement errors in the direction of a measurement shaft. CONSTITUTION: A three-axis displacement measuring apparatus for the center point of a sphere comprises a fixed end(11), a main body(12), a sub body(13), and an elastic member(14). The fixed end is fixed regardless of the displacement of an object having a sphere shape. A receiving space is formed inside the fixed end. The main body moves in translational motion on the displacement of the object. The sub body is located between the fixed end and the main body. The sub body is separated from the fixed end and the main body. One end of the elastic member is connected to the fixed end. The other end of the elastic member is connected to the sub body.
