PURPOSE: A kneading machine is provided, which can wash the inside of a kneading case in which a kneading screw is separated and keep sanitary condition of dough. CONSTITUTION: A kneading machine comprises: a kneading case installed at the front upper part of the body of the kneading machine; a pair of kneading screws(100) which are installed inside the kneading case; a rotary shaft which rotates by being delivered with rotation power of a drive motor; a first or a second removable hole(200) which is punched in the front side of the kneading case; and a screw supporting member(300) supporting one end of the kneading screw. |
